bad prelude to start of practicum...

1) dad was warded on saturday becoz of a road accident...the umpteen times he got into a road accident but nevertheless, the fear and worries will never be any less...a fractured clervical bone is what he got...an enforced break from work is what he dreaded...

2) out of the futsal tournament in the first round YET AGAIN! really freaking unlucky to concede that LAST SEC goal...the only positive thing from the early exit is that i am able to go home early on sunday to catch up on some much needed sleep...and i really am grateful for that...i was totally zombiefied for the whole of sunday...

the time now is 11.48pm...i shld be sleeping but im not because a bit stress out from the tot of having to prepare for my geography lessons next week...maybe insomnia is a symptom of stress...

since today was the induction day for the trainee teachers, there was pretty much nothing to do except to tok to the few impt personnel in sch...but i think i will try to start planning for my first geo lesson tomorrow with the SOW, TEXTBOOK and WORKBOOK that were laid out nicely for me on my workdesk...haizzzz...

looking forward to tomorrow's kickabout at night and the coming weekend...coz i need to destress...
